No. Our fees are the same fees that other full service real estate agents charge. The basic marketing program we do on behalf of your property is at no extra charge and while some listings require extraordinary exposure these costs are typically only passed along at the sale of your home.

No. There are no additional fees to purchase a home listed by Sotheby's International Realty Canada. The price of real estate is dictated by the market. If a home is not priced appropriately it may experience difficulty attracting qualified buyers. It is always our goal to ensure the pricing of your home is relevant to today's market and a comprehensive CMA will be done prior to pricing and if necessary, again during the listing contract.
